We have been selling our garage software since 2004, so are a fairly new company, however in the time we have been trading our software has gone from strength to strength. We currently have in excess of 1000 active garages using our system.
Garage Assistant is designed solely with the end user in mind. All comments & suggestions are taken on board and may be included in future updates.
We are a family run company, which we feel allows us to give that personal touch to our service, If you require support 9/10 times you will get hold of myself directly, as the developer of the system who better to ask a question or get help than the person who knows the system inside out without having to refer your question to senior staff time and time again...
The plain and simple answer to this is, Yes it does.
Garage Assistant has been fully tested on Windows Vista 32 and 64bit operating systems and is now developed under Windows Vista Ultimate 64bit.
Garage Assistant is designed for use with plain paper only, the invoice design and letter heads are produced within the software, we do however allow for customisation of various areas of the documents, including complete letter head insertion, logos, custom text / fonts and more.
There are two versions of Garage Assistant available to purchase, the Standard Edition, which is single user and the Network Edition which is network enabled.
We are able to import your data from Unipart® Kiss.
This includes Vehicles, Reminders, Customers and Invoices.

We regularly release free updates for garage assistant however not all updates are free. Major update releases with significant improvements & new features may be chargeable however remain optional.
Once you purchase Garage Assistant, its yours for life whether you upgrade or not.
At present all updates are available for download on our website.
There are no charges as mentioned above for minor updates and bug fix releases..
We also offer an update on CD service for customers with slow or no internet connection. This is available upon request and each update you request is chargeable at £10 all inclusive.
We are always willing to listen to new ideas and integrate new features as long as its beneficial to all of our customers. We have no plans to customise our software for a single company however in most cases, a feature you request would benefit each of our clients..
We offer support via Email with a response in less than 24 hours and of course, phone support during normal office hours. We also operate a community forum where you can discuss features you would like to see and ask or offer advice to fellow users and get advice from one of our many users day or night.. WE also actively take part on our forums and will endevour to answer your questions.
We also offer FREE live support connections, allowing us to remote control your PC via the internet to assist in resolving any problems you may have, as long as you have an internet connection.
