If print preview does not display anything, or shows a file download dialog box and you are using Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 9, please ensure adobe reader is up to date.

You can download the latest version (free) from below

As of Version 3.033 of GA3, we changed print preview so it saves a temporary PDF file and opens this directly in GA3.  It now uses Internet Explorer's framework for viewing the PDF.

Older version of Adobe PDF Reader had issues with Internet Explorer 9, since they where created prior to its release, however Adobe have rectified this in their update.
