GA2 - Garage Assistant 2 is now available.

Eligible customers will shortly be able to download GA2 from their members area free of charge, GA2 is compatible with your Garage Assistant backup files and will allow you to import your data. If you are not eligible for a free upgrade to our new system you will be given the option of purchasing the upgrade.

GA2 is not a free software update, The latest free update for Garage Assistant is version 1.795, upgrading is not essential and support & updates for Garage Assistant V1.x will still be available.

Reminder System changed in the following ways:

• All dates will follow through with the vehicle details, and show on any new invoices when a Reg. is entered.
• You can define a Cambelt due mileage
• You can define whether to send reminders as an email or to printer
  This has some error checking, if there's no email it will print it.
  there's also an additional program to help with emails
• If a reminder date is close and the vehicle registration is entered, you will see a prompt on screen stating things like Cambelt is due...

Customer Profile

• You can now add a vehicle, including reminder dates without the need to create an invoice first.
• You can now Edit or Delete vehicles from a customers profile

Labour Manager

• You can now define complete jobs via the labour manager
  including multiple labour lines and parts.

Stock Manager

• This has now been made accessible from the front screen, so you can browse your inventory without creating an invoice first.

Customer Database

• Changes have been made to the customer database in an attempt to fix
  a few reported bugs such as randomly changing addresses.
