Adding customers to GA4 is very straight forward and can be entered in many ways depending on what you are doing at the time, such as;

  • Customers > New Customer
  • Documentation > Enter A Customer
  • Calendar > New Appointment > New Customer
  • Vehicles > Select Owner > New Customer 

From any one of these methods allows you to then enter your customer details with as little or as much of the information you have, like;

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact Numbers and Emails
  • Specific Rates
  • Alternative Delivery Address
  • Add A Vehicle ( See article - Vehicles for more information )
  • Add Attachments


Customer Statements 


If you need to send your customers a statement or duplicate invoices you can do so from the customer record then;

  • Statements
  • Choose Type
  • Enter a Date Range
  • Select the method or Duplicate Invoices


Customer History


When you open a specific customer, as well as seeing all their contact information you will also see that customers history;

  • Issued Documents
  • Other Documents
  • Appointments
  • Vehicles
  • Communications Activity


Miscellaneous Information


You can manage you customers easily within GA4 all from one convenient place, as well as above there are a few other things you can do when you view your customer details;

  • Print Correspondence - Select a vehicle & Template - Then Print
  • Send Emails - Select a template or write your own message with or without attachments
  • Send SMS - Select a template or write your own message
  • Manage Attachments - Add / Remove - Images / PDF's / Documents
  • Locate your customer via Google Maps
  • Print Your Customers Details
  • Add New Vehicles
  • Add New Documents
  • Manage Receipts ( Account Held Customers ONLY )
  • Delete Your Customer
