GA2 also comes with DVLA VRM lookup abilities, giving you access to accurate upto date vehicle information from the registration number. This service is available to all of our customers, with no contracts, you simply purchase credits via GA2 as and when you need them, Internet access is essential to use this feature. After purchasing GA2 you will be provided with some FREE credits to try out the system for yourself.

 

Whats more, locating documents is a breeze, with a single search box allowing you to search by vehicles, customers, invoices using a variety of information, using the advanced search you can even find documents based on items listed, all of this in a matter of seconds..

Appointment Scheduling...

When it comes to getting organside, not only does GA2 provide you the tools to find all your information fast.. it also provides the ability to schedule multiple appointments, for multiple bays or technicians.

 

The scheduling system provides a simple, easy to follow interface with a full day view of all appointments for all technicians and the ability to link scheduled appointments direct to job sheets or invoices making it easier to find what your looking for.

Emailing Documents as PDF & SMS Text Messaging

GA2 also bring along a new aspect to communicating with your customers. from directly within GA2 you can now send SMS text messages, Emails or print letters, either for individual customers or as many as you choose all at once.

 

Theres no need for additional software or email cleints, GA2 has its own built in PDF creation tools and outgoing email client.

 

As long as you are connected to the internet, you can email your documents or customer reminders with ease in PDF format. The hardest part of setting this up, is putting in your own email address and name, it really is that straight forward.

Stock Control & Order Management...

A lot of time and effort has gone into making GA2's stock control system extremely simple to use and setup.
GA2 will manage your stock quantities, allow you to generate usage reports or stock count reports along with a recent feature which helps you to manage ordering of out of stock items as and when required.

 

If enabled, you can set Garage Assistant to automatically generate orders for parts required, allowing you to keep track of what you have on order, what you need to order and effectively manage your stock from day to day.

Send your data to ANY version of Sage Accounting...

GA2 also contains the facility to transfer your invoice records to SAGE accounting systems and has been tested on various versions of sage

 

Transferring the data is straight forward and requires very little effort on your part to ensure everything is upto date.

We offer a FREE transfer of your data from windows based Kis software, we do all the hard work and require your data files only for the transfer, these can be sent on CD-Rom or can be uploaded to our webservers for an even faster transition.
