Purchasing credits for the VRM or SMS system can only be done directly within GA2 or GA3.

Simply goto 

1. Tools
2. Purchase SMS / VRM Credits

The page should now display your company name and available credits, with 2 buttons depending on which credits you require

1. Click on VRM or SMS Credits
2. Select the number of credits you require
3. Enter your payment details (using the cards registered address)

Upon successful payment, the credits will be immediately added to your account ready for use.
