Can I import my own customer database into GA2 / GA3

GA3 allows you to import your own customer and vehicle database as long as they are in a common format such as CSV

Altough importing can take a little practice, the data is imported into a temporary table for review until you have got it right

To perform an import goto :

1. Admin
2. Customer & Vehicle Import
3. Choose Import from File

You will then be asked to choose your file, also make a note of the available headings / field names to which you can match with your data

Once you have a succesful import, you can click 'process imported data & send to GA3 customer databases' to finalise this process.
