Are you using Garage Assistant 2 on a Windows Vista 64bit operating System?

Please note if you are on Windows XP the Printer Port as mentioned below should be selected as LPT 1.

If you are on Vista 64bit, please follow the steps below.

- Go to the Windows Control Panel
- Select Printers and Faxes
- Locate the Printer Switch PDF Printer
- Right Click Properties
- Click on the Ports tab
- Check to see if the Port is LPT 1 / 2 / 3 etc
   If Yes, click on add Port
   Select Local Port
   Click New Port
   Enter Port Name as NUL
- Make sure NUL is ticked, then Apply.
- Check to see printer switch is listed.

You will then need to ensure that the printer que is clear and finally.

- Goto My computer.
- Local Disk C: 
- GA_Exports.

Delete the file named 'document'  or 'document.pdf'.

The problem should now be corrected and GA2 should be able to generate the PDF email attachments.
