Q. Software Refund Policy
All of our products are available as a free downloadable demonstration version with no time limits, the only restriction is the ability to store your company details and you can only create a maximum of 20 documents*
We highly recommend that everyone take advantage of the free trial before purchasing. Because of the nature of the purchase, such as the fact that you receive activation details that cannot be returned, we do not normally offer a refund.
If you decide the product does not meet your requirements after purchase, please give us a call. It will be at our discretion as to whether a refund will be offered.
*If you use the Unipart migration utility you will likely exceed the maximum record count and will not be able to create any new documents. You can evaluate GA3 using your own entered data without any time restrictions.
