Q. Unable to create new documents in GA2 / GA3
There have been a few cases where users of GA2 where unable to create documents or save printer settings.
Creating a new document would show either a 'critical error' and return to the main menu or would simply go to any existing document.
This problem is caused by your access privelages in Windows and not GA2.
The easiest solution is to perform the following steps :
1. Right click on the GA2 / GA3 icon on your desktop
2. Click on properties
3. Click on Compatibility
4. Tick the bottom box 'Run this program as an administrator'
Re-open Garage Assistant and the problem should be resolved.
